Deleting your account and data

Dichoptix, provided by BNM FABRİKA BİYO NANO MİKRO TEKNOLOJİ SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, lets you delete your account and the data connected to it at any time. This page explains how to do that and what happens to your data. It applies to both the Dichoptix mobile game and the dichoptix.com website, which share a single account.

1. How to delete your account

You can delete your account yourself, at any time, from either the Dichoptix app or the website. You do not need to contact us first.

  • Sign in to your account, in the Dichoptix app or at dichoptix.com.
  • Open your Profile.
  • In the account deletion (Danger zone) section, choose to delete your account.
  • Confirm by typing your email address, then complete the deletion. It takes effect immediately.

2. If you cannot sign in

If you have lost access and cannot sign in to delete the account yourself, email us at info@dichoptix.com from the address linked to the account. We will confirm your request and delete the account for you within 30 days.

3. What is deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

  • your sign-in credentials, including your email address, password, and any Google or Apple sign-in;
  • your username and profile details;
  • your therapy and game data, including all game sessions and results;
  • your supervisor connect code, and any active link to a supervisor is ended.

4. What is kept, and for how long

We keep one record that contains no personal information, purely as an internal audit entry so the history of any supervisor connections stays consistent. It holds no name, email, or contact details and cannot be used to identify you.

Where the law requires it, for example under tax and accounting rules, limited records of past purchases may be kept for the period that law requires. Everything else described above is removed straight away.
